tip 2Certified copies of Maryland birth certificates must bear the signature of Julia E. Davidson Randall or Geneva G. Sparks - State Registrars.

tip 2 Notarized documents must be authenticated by the county circuit clerk at the county where the notary is registered. We provide this services as well, however, the processing time for such documents is longer.

tip 2Your documents may be in a foreign language. However, the notary's statement must be in English.

tip 2Divorce judgments must be certified by a Maryland clerk of the Circuit court.

tip 2Diplomas and transcripts must be certified by the school registrar, and his/her signature must be properly notarized by a Maryland notary public. If you are not able to get a certified and notarised copy, please check our 24-hour apostille service.
