Apostilles cannot be issued for documents where the notary has used the Spanish term Notario or Notario Publico

tip 2Documents that are issued by a Wisconsin government agency must have a signature and/or a seal and date issued by that office. The signature should include a printed name and title, and the seal should have the name of the office included.
